Try & Hire staff

The Try & Hire offer is strongly based on the principle of temporary work. The contractual relationship is usually terminated for three months. Try & Hire offers the opportunity to get to know a new employee on a trial basis. The goal is a permanent employment relationship, but during the probationary period there is only a temporary employment relationship.

If the cooperation works, the customer takes over the new employee without further placement costs. If the employee does not meet the requirements, the contractual relationship can be terminated with a notice period of 2 days.
